非瓣膜性心房颤动患者并发心力衰竭的影响因素分析

Influencing factors of heart failure in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation

目的分析非瓣膜性心房颤动患者并发心力衰竭的影响因素。方法抽取2020年7月至2023年4月南阳市第一人民医院收治的非瓣膜性心房颤动患者126例,依据是否并发心力衰竭分为无心力衰竭组(75例)和并发心力衰竭组(51例)。比较两组相关资料,采用多因素Logistic回归分析总结非瓣膜性心房颤动患者并发心力衰竭的影响因素。结果两组体质指数(BMI)、心室率、合并高血压、左心房内径、红细胞体积分布宽度情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic分析结果显示,BMI≥24 kg/m^(2)、合并高血压、心室率>100次/min、左心房内径>33 mm、红细胞体积分布宽度>16%是非瓣膜性心房颤动患者发生心力衰竭的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论在BMI、合并高血压、心室率、左心房内径与红细胞体积分布宽度等因素影响下,非瓣膜性心房颤动患者容易并发心力衰竭。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of heart failure in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 126 patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation admitted to Nanyang First People’s Hospital from July 2020 to April 2023 were selected,and the patients were divided into no-heart failure group(75 cases)and heart failure group(51 cases)according to incidence of heart failure.The related data of the two groups were compared.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to summarize the influencing factors of heart failure in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Results There were significant differences in body mass index(BMI),ventricular rate,hypertension,left atrial diameter,and red blood cell volume distribution width between the two groups(P<0.05).Results of logistic regression analysis showed that BMI≥24 kg/m^(2),hypertension,ventricular rate>100 beats/min,left atrial diameter>33 mm,and red blood cell volume distribution width>16%were the influencing factors of heart failure in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation are prone to heart failure under the influence of BMI,hypertension,ventricular rate,left atrial diameter and red blood cell volume distribution width.
