纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料在小面积浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面门诊治疗中的应用

Application of nano-silver burn wound dressing in outpatient treatment of small-area superficial second degree burns

目的观察小面积浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面门诊治疗中应用纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料的效果。方法抽取2021年12月至2022年12月开封市中心医院门诊接诊的小面积浅Ⅱ度烧伤患者80例,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者应用常规方法进行治疗,观察组应用纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料进行治疗。比较两组创面愈合时间、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、血清生长因子水平[血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组创面愈合时间[(11.36±1.02)d]短于对照组[(13.28±1.25)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3、7 d,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VEGF、bFGF、TGF-β1水平均高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率(2.50%,1/40)低于对照组(20.00%,8/40),P<0.05。结论门诊针对小面积浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面应用纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料可以获得良好的创面愈合效果。

Objective To observe the application effect of nano-silver burn wound dressing in outpatient treatment of small-area superficial second degree burns.Methods A total of 80 patients with small-area superficial second degree burns treated in Kaifeng Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional methods,while the observation group was treated by nano-silver medical burn wound dressing.The healing time,degree of pain assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS)score,levels of serum growth factors,including transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The wound healing time in the observation group was(11.36±1.02)days,which was shorter than the(13.28±1.25)days in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 3 and 7 days after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF,bFGF,TGF-β1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.50%,1/40)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%,8/40),P<0.05.Conclusions The application of nano-silver medical burn wound dressing in outpatient treatment for small-area superficial second degree burns can achieve good wound healing effects.
