流体树脂和玻璃离子分别联合复合树脂修复成人牙体中度楔状缺损的疗效对比

Comparison of clinical efficacy of fluid resin and glass ionomer combined with composite resin in the treatment of moderate wedge-shaped defect in adults

目的比较流体树脂和玻璃离子分别联合复合树脂修复成人牙体中度楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法抽取2021年9月至2022年9月河南省直第三人民医院收治的牙体中度楔状缺损的成年患者80例(195颗患牙),采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例96颗患牙)和观察组(40例99颗患牙)。对照组使用玻璃离子联合复合树脂进行修复填充,观察组使用流体树脂联合复合树脂进行修复填充。比较两组治疗后的牙齿敏感反应率、牙体缺损修复成功率及咀嚼功能。结果治疗后1周及1个月,观察组牙齿敏感反应率(36.36%,36/99;23.23%,23/99)高于对照组(18.75%,18/96;10.42%,10/96),P<0.05;观察组牙体缺损修复成功率(96.97%,96/99)高于对照组(89.58%,86/96),P<0.05。两组咀嚼功能优良率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论流体树脂及玻璃离子修复分别联合复合树脂治疗成人中度楔状缺损的临床疗效均较理想,但流体树脂联合复合树脂的修复成功率更高,玻璃离子联合复合树脂修复后患者牙齿敏感反应更少。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of fluid resin and glass ionomer in combination with composite resin in the treatment of moderate wedge-shaped defects in adults.Methods A total of 80 adult patients(195 teeth)with moderate wedge-shaped defects treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group(40 patients,96 teeth)and observation group(40 patients,99 teeth)by random number table method.The control group was treated by repair with glass ionomer combined with composite resin,and the observation group was treated by repair with fluid resin combined with composite resin.The tooth sensitivity response rate,success rate of tooth defect restoration and masticatory function were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The 1-week and 1-month postoperative tooth sensitivity reaction rate of the observation group(36.36%,36/99;23.23%,23/99)were higher than those of the control group(18.75%,18/96;10.42%,10/96),P<0.05.The success rate of tooth defect restoration in the observation group(96.97%,96/99)was significantly higher than that in the control group(89.58%,86/96),P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in the excellent rate of masticatory function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both fluid resin and glass ionomer,in combination with composite resin,have ideal clinical efficacy in the treatment of moderate wedge-shaped defects in adults.However,the success rate of tooth defect restoration with fluid resin combined with composite resin is higher,while patients treated by restoration with glass ionomer combined with composite resin has less sensitization response.
