血必净注射液联合ERCP治疗胆源性胰腺炎的效果与安全性

Curative effect and safety of Xuebijing injection combined with ERCP on biliary pancreatitis

目的分析血必净注射液联合内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)治疗胆源性胰腺炎的效果及安全性。方法本研究为随机对照研究,抽取2020年12月至2022年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的胆源性胰腺炎患者109例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)和观察组(55例)。对照组予以ERCP治疗,观察组予以血必净注射液联合ERCP治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清炎性因子水平、胰腺外分泌功能及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(98.18%,54/55)高于对照组(88.89%,48/54),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组血清淀粉样物质A、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、尿淀粉酶及血淀粉酶水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(9.09%,5/55)与对照组(7.41%,4/54)比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胆源性胰腺炎治疗中行血必净注射液联合ERCP可取得显著效果,不仅能提高其临床疗效,下调血清炎性因子水平,而且还能改善胰腺外分泌功能,安全性有保障。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Xuebijing injection combined with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)in the treatment of biliary pancreatitis.Methods This study was a randomized controlled study.A total of 109 patients with biliary pancreatitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(55 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated by ERCP,while patients in the observation group were treated with Xuebijing injection combined with ERCP.The clinical efficacy,levels of serum inflammatory factors,pancreatic exocrine function and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(98.18%,54/55)was higher than that of the control group(88.89%,48/54),P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of serum amyloid A,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,urine amylase and blood amylase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group(9.09%,5/55)and the control group(7.41%,4/54),P>0.05.Conclusions Xuebijing injection combined with ERCP can achieve significant effects in the treatment of biliary pancreatitis,which can not only improve clinical efficacy,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,but also improve pancreatic exocrine function with guaranteed safety.
