摘要
目的探讨早期糖尿病肾病患者血清补体C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3(CTRP3)、补体C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白9(CTRP9)水平变化及其与血管钙化的关系。方法抽取2020年1月至2022年12月南阳市中心医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者140例为观察组,按照胸部X线显示的主动脉弓钙化情况将140例患者分为血管钙化组(56例)和未发生钙化组(84例)。另抽取同期健康体检者100例为对照组。比较观察组与对照组、血管钙化组与未发生钙化组的CTRP3、CTRP9水平,分析糖尿病肾病及血管钙化与CTRP3、CTRP9水平的相关性。结果观察组CTRP3、CTRP9水平低于对照组(t=10.79、9.97,P均<0.05)。血管钙化组CTRP3、CTRP9水平低于未发生钙化组(t=7.91、9.62,P均<0.05)。糖尿病肾病及血管钙化与CTRP3、CTRP9水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病及血管钙化与CTRP3、CTRP9水平呈负相关,CTRP3、CTRP9检测对早期糖尿病肾病及血管钙化的辅助诊断具有积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the changes in serum levels of complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 3(CTRP3)and complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 9(CTRP9)in patients with early diabetic nephropathy and their relationship with vascular calcification.Methods A total of 140 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and the 140 patients were divided into vascular calcification group(56 cases)and non-calcification group(84 cases)according to the aortic arch calcification shown on chest X-ray.In addition,100 patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of CTRP3 and CTRP9 were compared between the observation group and the control group,and between the vascular calcification group and the non-calcification group;and the correlations of diabetic nephropathy and vascular calcification with the levels of CTRP3 and CTRP9 were analyzed.Results The levels of CTRP3 and CTRP9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=10.79,9.97;all P<0.05).The levels of CTRP3 and CTRP9 in the vascular calcification group were lower than those in the non-calcification group(t=7.91,9.62;all P<0.05).Diabetic nephropathy and vascular calcification were negatively correlated with the levels of CTRP3 and CTRP9(P<0.05).Conclusions Diabetic nephropathy and vascular calcification are negatively correlated with the levels of CTRP3 and CTRP9.The detection of CTRP3 and CTRP9 has a positive significance for the auxiliary diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy and vascular calcification.
