胃癌患者术后运动恐惧症的现状及影响因素研究

Study on status of postoperative kinesophobia in patients with gastric cancer and its influencing factors

目的调查胃癌患者术后恐动症现状,分析其影响因素。方法选取2021年9月—2022年12月在厦门某三甲医院普外科住院治疗的胃癌患者216例作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、恐动症Tampa量表、简易应对方式问卷、视觉模拟评分法、社会支持评定量表、运动益处/障碍量表进行调查,分析胃癌患者术后恐动症发生的影响因素。结果胃癌患者术后恐动症得分为(37.89±6.72)分,118例(54.63%)患者存在恐动症。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、疼痛程度、术后留置导管数量、社会支持、运动益处感知是胃癌患者术后恐动症的影响因素。结论胃癌患者术后恐动症发生率较高,医护人员需采取针对性干预措施帮助患者降低术后恐动症水平,使患者术后早期下床活动,从而利于患者术后早期康复。

Objective To investigate the status of postoperative kinesophobia among patients with gastric cancer and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 216 patients suffering from gastric cancer who were admitted to general surgery department of a third level hospital in Xiamen during September 2021 and December 2022 were enrolled as study objects,and they were investigated by general data questionnaire,Tampa Scale of kinesophobia,simple coping style questionnaire,visual analog scale,social support rating scale and exercise benefit/disorder scale,and the factors influencing the occurrence of kinesophobia were analyzed.Results The score of kinesophobia was 37.89±6.72,118 cases(54.63%)suffered from kinesophobia.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,pain degree,number of catheters placed after surgery,social support and perceived anxiety about the benefits of exercise were the influencing factors of postoperative kinesophobia in gastric cancer patients.Conclusions The incidence of postoperative kinesophobia is high among patients with gastric cancer.Medical staff should take targeted intervention measures to help patients reduce the level of postoperative kinesophobia,so that patients can get out of bed early after surgery,so as to facilitate early postoperative recovery of patients.
