经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果比较

Comparison of the clinical effect of transabdominal and laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids

目的比较子宫肌瘤患者接受经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果。方法选取60例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组及研究组,每组30例。对照组行经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,研究组行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组术中失血量明显少于对照组,手术、术后排气及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.7%,明显低于对照组的26.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于经腹手术,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的优势更为突出,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To compare the effect of transabdominal myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the subjects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent transabdominal myomectomy,and the study group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.7%,significantly lower than 26.7%in the control group,and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with transabdominal myomectomy,laparoscopic myomectomy has more prominent advantages in the treatment of uterine fibroids,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
