Effect of Waff exercise in patients with separation of rectus abdominis after delivery

目的研究Waff运动应用于产后腹直肌分离患者中的效果。方法选取100例产后腹直肌分离患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各50例。对照组采用常规康复干预,研究组在此基础上进行Waff运动。比较两组患者的腹围、生活质量及临床康复效果。结果干预后,研究组腹围均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组生活质量方面各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组康复总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后腹直肌分离患者进行Waff运动的效果显著,可缩减腹围,改善其生活质量,提升康复效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of Waff exercise in patients with separation of rectus abdominis after delivery.Methods 1o0 patients with separation of rectus abdominis were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention,and the study group was treated with Waff exercise on this basis.The abdominal circumference,quality of life and clinical rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the abdominal circumferences of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the study group was 98.00%,higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Waff exercise in patients with separation of rectus abdominis is significant,which can reduce abdominal circumference,improve the quality of life and enhance the rehabilitation effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
