磁电联合盆底康复治疗对女性压力性尿失禁患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of magnetoelectric combined pelvic floor rehabilitation on female patients with stress urinary incontinence

目的探讨磁电联合康复治疗应用于女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者中的效果。方法选取40例SUI患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各20例。对照组采用常规电刺激康复治疗,研究组在此基础上采用磁刺激治疗。比较两组患者临床相关指标。结果治疗后,研究组尿失禁生活质量评分为(86.91±5.49)分,优于对照组的(75.13±6.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组盆底功能、排尿指标、盆底肌电位指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁电联合盆底康复治疗应用于SUI患者中的效果显著,能改善尿失禁情况,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of magnetoelectric combined rehabilitation therapy in female patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods 40 SUI patients were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional electrical stimulation rehabilitation treatment,while the study group received magnetic stimulation on this basis.The clinical relevant indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the incontinence quality of life instrument score in the study group was(86.91±5.49)points,which was better than(75.13±6.42)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor function,urination indexes and pelvic floor muscle potential indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of magnetoelectric combined pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy in SUI patients is significant,and it can improve urinary incontinence,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
