临床护理路径联合思维导图在妇科子宫肌瘤静脉治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathways combined with mind mapping in intravenous treatment of gynecologic uterine fibroids

目的探究妇科子宫肌瘤静脉治疗中临床护理路径、思维导图联合干预的实施效果。方法选取子宫肌瘤行静脉治疗患者100例为研究对象,按奇偶数分为对照组及观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径联合思维导图干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组各项输液相关指标合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分分别为(24.65±3.22)分、(21.08±2.86)分,均低于对照组的(35.90±4.55)分、(36.57±3.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用临床护理路径联合思维导图为妇科子宫肌瘤行静脉治疗患者提供护理服务,能提高各项输液相关指标的合格率,疏解患者负面情绪,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway and mind mapping combined intervention in intravenous treatment of gynecological uterine fibroids.Methods 10o cases of intravenously treated uterine fibroids were divided into a control group and an observation group according to odd and even numbers,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with clinical nursing pathway combined with mind mapping intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rates of all infusion related indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were(24.65±3.22)points and(21.08±2.86)points,respectively,which were lower than(35.90±4.55)points and(36.57±3.17)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clinical nursing pathway combined with mind map to provide nursing services for patients with gynecological uterine myoma intravenous therapy can improve the pass rate of various infusion related indicators,relieve patients'negative emotions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
