责任制助产士助产护理对初产妇分娩质量的影响观察及有效性分析

Observation and effectiveness analysis of the impact of responsibility-based midwifery nursing on the quality of delivery for primiparous women

目的分析责任制助产士助产护理对初产妇分娩质量的影响及有效性。方法选取围生期初产妇60例为研究对象,随机分成对照组及观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规产科护理,观察组采用责任制助产士助产护理,对比两组产妇的妊娠结局、心理情绪评分及生活质量评分。结果观察组妊娠不良情况发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的各项心理情绪评分均低于对照组,各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制助产士助产护理应用于初产妇中,对其分娩质量的提升起着积极作用,可改善产妇心理情绪和生活质量,保障母婴安全,可在临床运用推广。

Objective To analyze the effect and effectiveness of responsibility-based midwifery nursing on delivery quality of primipara.Methods 60 cases of parturient women were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine obstetric nursing,and the observation group received responsibility-based midwifery nursing.The pregnancy outcomes,psychological and emotional scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy in the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than 66.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).After nursing,the psychological and emotional scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of responsibility-based midwifery nursing in primipara plays a positive role in improving the quality of delivery,which can improve the psychological mood and quality of life of the primipara,ensure the safety of the mother and child,and can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
