虚实结合挂线术治疗高位肛瘘的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combination of Dotted and Solid Thread-Ligating Therapy in Treatment of High Anal Fistulas

目的:比较虚实结合挂线法与传统挂线法治疗高位肛瘘的临床效果。方法:选取2020年12月至2022年12月,本院手术治疗的60例高位肛瘘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用虚实结合挂线法治疗,对照组采用传统挂线法治疗。观察比较2组疗效、愈合时间、肛门功能及疼痛等。结果:在总有效率及复发率方面,2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在愈合时间、术后疼痛及肛门功能方面,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种挂线方法在治愈率方面无明显差异,但虚实结合挂线法能减少肛管直肠环损伤,保护肛门功能,缩短创面愈合时间,减轻疼痛,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of combination of dotted and solid thread-ligating therapy and traditional thread-ligating therapy in the treatment of high anal fistula.Methods From December 2020 to December 2022,total 60 patients with high anal fistula treated by operation in our hos-pital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with combination of dotted and solid thread-ligating therapy and the control group was treated with traditional thread-ligating therapy.The clinical efficacy,healing time,anal function and pain of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There were no significant differences in the total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of healing time,postoperative pain and anal function,the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the cure rate between the two therapies,but the combination of dotted and solid thread-liga-ting therapy can reduce the damage of the anorectal ring,protect the anal function,shorten the wound healing time and reduce pain,and the effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
