高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者应用人性化护理的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Humanized Nursing in Elderly Patients with Colon Cancer Complicated with Ileus

目的:探讨高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者采用人性化护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2022年12月,本院收治的50例高龄结肠癌合肠梗阻患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各25例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合人性化护理干预,对比2组不良情绪、生活质量及并发症情况。结果:护理前,2组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)和生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高龄结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者采用人性化护理,可缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of humanized nursing intervention in elderly pa-tients with colon cancer complicated with ileus.Methods Fifty elderly patients with colon cancer com-plicated with ileus admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were randomly divided in-to the observation group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was combined with humanized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The adverse mood,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS)and quality of life between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing for elderly pa-tients with colon cancer complicated with ileus can relieve anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
