直肠癌免疫治疗皮肤毒性反应的循证护理效果

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Skin Toxicity Reaction in Immunotherapy for Rectal Cancer

目的:探讨直肠癌免疫治疗皮肤毒性反应的循证护理效果。方法:本研究选择2021年1月至2022年12月我院收治的98例直肠癌患者免疫治疗后发生皮肤毒性反应,将其分为对照组48例和观察组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用循证护理,比较2组患者护理前后皮肤毒性反应分级变化情况,评价皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)、瘙痒视觉模拟评分(VAS)和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:护理前2组患者皮肤毒性反应分级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后2组患者皮肤毒性反应分级均明显改善,且观察组患者护理后分级优于对照组(P<0.05);护理前2组患者DLQI评分、瘙痒VAS评分、疼痛VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后2组患者DLQI评分明显升高,瘙痒VAS评分、疼痛VAS评分明显降低,且护理后观察组各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能够有效降低直肠癌免疫治疗皮肤毒性反应程度,减轻瘙痒、疼痛症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on skin toxicity reaction in im-munotherapy for rectal cancer.Methods A total of 98 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospi-tal from January 2021 to December 2022,who developed skin toxicity reaction after immunotherapy,were selected and divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing.The changes of skin toxicity reaction grades before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and dermatosis life quality index(DLQI),itch visual analogue scale(VAS)and pain visual an-alogue scale(VAS)were evaluated.Results There was no statistical significance in the grading of skin toxicity reaction between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the grading of skin toxicity reaction was significantly improved in both groups,and the grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of DLQI,itch VAS and pain VAS between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,DLQI scores of the two groups were significantly increased,the scores of itch VAS and pain VAS were signifi-cantly decreased,and all scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the degree of skin toxicity reaction in immunotherapy for rectal cancer,relieve itching and pain symptoms,and improve the quality of life of pa-tients.
