肛肠疾病术后尿潴留的原因及针对性护理干预的效果

Causes of Postoperative Urinary Retention of Anorectal Diseases and Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention

目的:探讨肛肠疾病术后发生尿潴留的原因及干预措施。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年1月,本院50例肛肠疾病手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。观察组术后采用针对性护理干预,对照组术后采用常规护理干预。比较2组术后排尿时间、膀胱残留尿量、术后恢复指标及并发症等。结果:观察组术后自行排尿时间短于对照组(P<0.05),膀胱残留尿量低于对照组(P<0.05),尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后住院时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间及首次下床时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。且观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:诱发肛肠疾病患者术后发生尿潴留的原因包括心理因素、行为因素、自身因素、麻醉因素和疼痛因素等。应用针对性护理干预,可明显降低患者尿潴留及其他并发症发生率,缩短胃肠道功能转归时间,提升术后生活质量。

Objective To investigate the causes and intervention measures of postoperative urinary reten-tion of anorectal diseases.Methods From January 2020 to January 2023,total 50 patients undergoing operation for anorectal diseases in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with targeted nursing inter-vention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The postoperative urination time,bladder residual urine volume,postoperative recovery index and complications were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The duration of spontaneous urination,the length of hospital stay,the first defecation time,the first exhaust time and the first time for ambulation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bladder residual urine volume and the incidence of urinary retention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score of the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The causes of postop-erative urinary retention in patients with anorectal diseases include psychological factors,behavioral fac-tors,personal factors,anesthetic factors and pain factors.The application of targeted nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of urinary retention and other complications,shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,and improve the quality of life after operation.
