何氏围髌针结合灸法治疗膝痹的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of He’s Peripatellar Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Knee Bi

目的:探讨对膝痹患者行以何氏围髌针结合灸法治疗的临床效果。方法:选取膝痹患者200例,以随机数字表法,分为对照组与治疗组,各100例。对照组接受何氏围髌针结合电针治疗,隔日1次,10次一个疗程,治疗组接受何氏围髌针结合灸法治疗,隔日1次,10次一个疗程,比较两组治疗效果与治疗前后临床症状体征评分。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后临床症状体征评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:何氏围髌针结合灸法治疗膝痹的疗效确切,可有效减轻患者的疾病症状与临床体征,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using He’s Peripatellar Acupuncture combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients.Method:200 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 100 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received He’s Peripatellar Acupuncture Combined with Electroacupuncture Treatment,once every other day,10 times a course of treatment,while the treatment group received He’s Peripatellar Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion Treatment,once every other day,10 times a course of treatment.The treatment effects and clinical symptom and sign scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The clinical symptom and sign scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of He’s Peripatellar Acupuncture and Moxibustion has a definite therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively alleviate the disease symptoms and clinical signs of patients,and improve their quality of life.
