糖尿病周围神经病变患者常规治疗基础上联用芪附通痹汤疗效

Effect of Qifu Tongbi Decoction(芪附通痹汤)Combined withRoutine Treatment on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 观察糖尿病周围神经病变患者在常规治疗基础上联用芪附通痹汤的效果。方法 将2016年6月—2019年6月河北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组和试验组各40例,进行为期4周的治疗。在治疗期间,对照组口服依帕司他胶囊,试验组在口服依帕司他胶囊的基础上联用芪附通痹汤进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)]、神经营养因子(BDNF)含量、中医证候积分、Toronto评分(TCSS)、震动感觉阈值(VPT)评分、临床症状,比较两组患者治疗后糖尿病和周围神经病变两种疾病的临床疗效。结果 治疗后,试验组患者FPG和2hPG显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),试验组患者BDNF显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者中医证候积分、TCSS及VPT评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组肢软无力、四肢麻木、四肢发凉、自发性疼痛的病例数占比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者临床疗效比较,试验组患者两种疾病临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗基础上联用芪附通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好,能显著改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the effect of Qifu Tongbi Decoction(芪附通痹汤)on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Cangzhou integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital of Hebei province were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group,for 4 weeks.In the treatment period,the control group was treated with epalrestat capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Qifu Tongbi Decoction on the basis of epalrestat capsule.The blood glucose(FPG and 2 h PG),the content of neurotrophic factor(BDNF),TCM symptom score,Toronto score(TCSs),vibration perception threshold test(VPT)score and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of diabetes and peripheral neuropathy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,FPG and 2 h PG in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and BDNF in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM symptom score,TCSs and VPT score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the proportion of cases of limb weakness,numbness,cool limbs and spontaneous pain of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the clinical total effective rate of the two diseases of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,combined with Qifu Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has good effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
