摘要
我国正处于努力实现高水平科技自立自强的关键时期,如何在加强科技创新人才激励方面持续用力,对我国科技创新战略目标的实现具有重大意义。获得感是科技创新人才基于客观获得形成的主观感受,对人才潜能的发挥有着至关重要的影响。基于社会交换理论和产权理论研究了科技创新人才获得感的理论分维及测度,阐释及实证了科技创新人才获得感和组织公民行为的链式中介作用下,人才激励影响创新绩效的机制机理。为我国科技创新人才创造活力的深层次激励提供可操作的优化思路。
China is in a critical period of striving to achieve a high level of scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.How to exert sustained efforts in strengthening the motivation of scientific and technological innovation(referred as STI)talents is of great significance for achieving China’s strategic goals of scientific and technological innovation.Sense of gain is the subjective feeling formed by STI talents based on objective acquisition,which has a crucial impact on the full reaching of talents’potential.The measurement scale of STI talents’sense of gain is developed based on social exchange theory and property rights theory.And the mechanism of STI talents’motivation affecting innovation performance is explained and tested under two serial mediating variables.It provides practical and optimized ideas for the deep-rooted stimulation of the creative energies of STI talents.
