摘要
工作倦怠是“工程活动共同体”从业人员常见的一种心理和行为现象,从马克思异化劳动理论的视角出发对相关从业人员的工作倦怠行为分析表明,从“工程活动共同体”从业人员家庭结构这一现实的社会因素出发考虑其对工作倦怠的影响,以马斯洛需求层次为中介变量,以重大工程项目背景下的建筑工程从业人员为对象,探究不同家庭结构对于“工程活动共同体”从业人员工作倦怠的影响,理论上拓展了工程伦理问题的视域,现实上为工程活动高质量发展中“工程活动共同体”从业人员的主体性权利主张提供了根据。
Job burnout is a common psychological and behavioral phenomenon in“engineering activity community”.From the perspective of Marx’s alienated labor theory,this paper expounds the burnout behavior of related employees,and considers its impact on job burnout from the realistic social factor of the family structure of employees of“engineering activity community”.Taking Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as the intermediary variable and construction engineering practitioners under the background of major engineering projects as the object,it explores the influence of different family structures on job burnout of practitioners in“engineering activity community”,theoretically expanding the perspective of engineering ethics.In reality,it provides the basis for the subjective right claim of the practitioners of“engineering activity community”in the high-quality development of engineering activities.
