铁路信号系统安全保障策略研究

针对铁路信号系统在建设和投入使用过程中的安全性及稳定性问题,以铁路信号系统建设的安全标准为基础,分析铁路信号系统的建设现状,通过定性分析法对铁路信号系统安全风险进行识别、监测,有效解决了铁路信号系统的安全性问题。从安全风险识别、安全等级评估、安全预警及运行维护角度出发,以铁路信号系统生命周期为基础进行安全管理,可有效解决安全隐患,维系铁路信号系统安全运行。

Aiming at the safety and stability of railway signal system in the process of construction and application,based on the safety standards ofrailway signal system construction,the construction status ofrailway signal system is analyzed,and the safety risks ofrailway signal system are identified and monitored by qualitative analysis,which effectively solves the safety problems of railway signal system.From the perspective of safety risk identification,safety grade evaluation,safety early warning and operation and maintenance,safety management based on thelifecycleofrailway signal system can effectively solve thepotential safetyhazards and maintain the safe operation ofrailway signal system.
