摘要
根据在海外工程项目成本管理方面积累的相关经验,论文从海外工程项目的外部环境和内部管理入手,简要分析了海外工程项目的成本管理要点。从责任成本的编制、成本管理职能部门、成本管理流程及成本控制措施几方面对海外工程项目责任成本管理体系进行详细阐述。
Based on the accumulated experience in cost management of overseas engineering project,from the external environment and internal management of overseas project,the paper briefly analyses the cost management factors of overseas project.Paper expounds the overseas project responsibility cost management system from the aspects of responsibility cost preparation,cost management functional departments,costmanagement process and cost controlmeasures.
