高速铁路安全管理的研究与思考

Research and Thinking on Safety Management of High-Speed Railway

针对高速铁路建设安全形势严峻的问题,结合项目实例对工程施工安全管理内容展开系统分析,提出加强高速铁路工程安全管理的措施。通过前期合理策划建立安全保证体系,引入信息化手段加强过程监督管理,并通过风险评价消除工程安全隐患。从项目管理成效来看,达到了安全事故为零的目标。

Aiming at the severe safety situation ofhigh-speed railway construction,this paper systematically analyzes the safety management contents ofengineering construction with project examples,and puts forward some measures to strengthen the safety management ofhigh-speed railway engineering,establish a safety assurance system through reasonable planning in the early stage,strengthen process supervision and management by introducing information technology,and eliminate hidden dangers of engineering safety through risk assessment.Judging from theeffectiveness ofproject management,the goal ofzero safety accidents is achieved.
