建筑行业整体下行环境中的工程施工成本管控研究

Research on Engineering Construction Cost Control in the Overall Downward Environment of the Construction Industry

针对当前建筑行业经济下行的环境,论文以BIM技术为基础,通过虚拟建造和施工模拟,以及实时跟踪设计变更,实现了对成本和进度数据的迅速更新。研究结果表明,BIM技术的应用在项目的可行性、质量和成本效益方面均取得显著提升。

In view of the current economic downturn in the construction industry,the paper is based on BIM technology,through virtual construction and construction simulation,and real-time tracking of design changes,to achieve rapid updates of cost and progress data.The research results show that the application of BIM technology has significantly improved the feasibility,quality and cost-effectiveness of projects.
