摘要
文章针对某款混动汽车在低温条件下行驶时电池易出现过充过放的情况进行优化研究,采用VCU/ECU快速降扭控制、限制最大发电功率、增大BMS充放电功率及控制GCU转速变化率等优化方案,改善车辆在低温条件下出现电池过充过放的情况,经优化后的结果显示各低温工况测试均未出现电池过充过放现象。
Aiming at the situation that the battery of a certain hybrid vehicle is prone to overcharge and overdischarge when driving at low temperature,this paper studies the optimization of this situation,and adopts the optimization scheme of VCU/ECU rapid torsional reduction control,limiting the maximum generating power,increasing the BMS charging and discharging power and controlling the GCU speed change rate,etc.The optimized results show that there is no overcharge and overdischarge of the battery in all the low temperature conditions.
