摘要
锂离子电池的热失控问题一直是制约电动汽车发展的因素之一,因此需要及时对热失控电池进行预警,避免发生起火等车辆安全事故。动力电池热失控过程通常伴随有烟雾产生,可通过烟雾检测识别故障信号。文章首先汇总6种锂离子动力电池系统热失控检测原理及方案,并对不同方案的优劣进行对比,重点分析烟雾传感器的功能验证和市场情况,以期为提高锂离子电池的热失控检测提供指导。
The thermal runaway problem of lithium-ion batteries has always been one of the factors restricting the development of electric vehicles.Therefore,it is necessary to promptly warn of thermal runaway batteries to avoid vehicle safety accidents such as fires.The thermal runaway process of power batteries is usually accompanied by smoke generation,and fault signals can be identified through smoke detection.This article first proposes six principles and solutions for thermal runaway detection in lithium-ion power battery systems,compares the advantages and disadvantages of different solutions,and focuses on analyzing the functional verification and market situation of smoke sensors,in order to provide guidance for improving the thermal runaway detection of lithium-ion batteries.
