摘要
文章通过线束电源端子常见的电化学腐蚀现象,从腐蚀机理入手进行研究,并在实际发生的故障问题上进行验证,制定优化对策。因线束电源端子直接影响到电器功能与性能,分析电化学腐蚀的机理和规避方法很有意义,也希望为后期的线束电源端子的布置设计提供一些简单的指导。
This article focuses on the common electrochemical corrosion phenomena of wire harness power terminals,starting from the corrosion mechanism,and ultimately verifies and develops optimization strategies based on actual fault problems.Due to the direct impact of wiring harness power terminals on the functional performance of electrical appliances,it is meaningful to analyze the mechanism and avoidance methods of electrochemical corrosion,and also provide simple guidance for the layout design of wiring harness power terminals in the later stage.
