摘要
粮食安全是实现农业高质量发展和建设中国式现代化农业强国的基石。基于31个省级行政区2015—2019年的面板数据(数据未含香港地区、澳门地区、台湾地区),实证检验了居民粮食消费对粮食安全的影响效应。在一定限度内,粮食消费对粮食安全具有显著促进作用;饮食文化差异在粮食消费与粮食安全中起调节作用,增强了粮食消费与粮食安全的正向关系;为保障粮食安全,应参与全球粮食安全治理与制度变革,合理利用国际市场;积极推进节粮减损工作,提升全社会节粮理念;引导居民食物消费结构转变,完善食物消费可持续发展的顶层设计。
Food security is the cornerstone for achieving high-quality agricultural development and building a leading agricultural nation of Chinese modernization.This research empirically tested the impact of residents’food consumption on food security based on the panel data of 31 provincial-level administrative regions(exclude Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2015 to 2019.The results of the study show that food consumption has a significant role in promoting food security,and the differences in dietary cultures play a moderating role in food consumption and food security,which enhances the positive relationship between food consumption and food security.In order to safeguard food security,this research suggests that we should participate in the global food security governance and institutional changes to rationally utilize the international market.Meanwhile,we should actively promote food saving and loss reduction to improve the concept of grain saving in the whole society.Furthermore,we should guide the structural transformation of residents’food consumption and improve the top-level design for the sustainable development of food consumption.
