非小细胞肺癌化疗患者健康坚韧性水平影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Health-Related Hardiness Level in Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:分析影响非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗患者健康坚韧性水平的因素.方法:选取2018年10月至2021年6月于本院接受化疗的86例NSCLC患者作为研究对象.化疗4个疗程后,采用健康坚韧性量表(HRHS)评估患者健康坚韧性水平,并分析对其产生影响的相关因素.结果:86例NSCLC化疗患者HRHS得分为(129.25±11.58)分;文化程度、疾病不确定感水平、创伤后成长水平、应对方式不同的NSCLC化疗患者HRHS评分存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经线性回归分析显示,初中及以下、疾病不确定感水平较高、创伤后成长水平低下、消极应对方式均是NSCLC化疗患者健康坚韧性水平降低的影响因素.结论:NSCLC化疗患者健康坚韧性水平低可能与初中及以下文化程度、疾病不确定感水平较高、创伤后成长水平低、消极应对方式等因素有关.

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of health-related hardiness level in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 86 NSCLC patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.After four courses of chemotherapy,the health resilience scale(HRHS)was used to evaluate the patient's level of health-related hardiness and the influencing factors that affect their health-related hardiness level were analyzed.Results:The HRHS score of 86 patients with NSCLC after chemotherapy was(129.25±11.58)points.There were statistically significant differences in HRHS scores among NSCLC chemotherapy patients with different levels of education,disease uncertainty,post-traumatic growth,and coping styles(P<0.05).Through linear regression analysis showed that,junior high school and below,high level of uncertain in illness,low level of post-traumatic growth and negative coping style were the influencing factors of the reduction of health-related hardiness in NSCLC patients after chemotherapy,the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusions:The low level of health-related hardiness in patients with NSCLC after chemotherapy may be related to the educational level of junior middle school and below,the high level of uncertain in ilness,the low level of post-traumatic growth and negative coping style.
