人性化护理应用对小儿静脉输液中Wong-Baker评分、依从性及不良事件的影响

Influence of Humanized Nursing Application on Wong-Baker score,Compliance and Adverse Events in Pediatric Intravenous Infusion

目的:分析人性化护理应用对小儿静脉输液中Wong-Baker评分、依从性及不良事件的影响.方法:选取本院2020年12月至2023年2月收治的312例静脉输液患儿为研究对象.根据不同护理方法,将其分为研究组(n=161,采取人性化护理干预)与对照组(n=151,采取常规护理干预).比较两组Wong-Baker评分、面部行为评估量表(FLACC)、不良事件、患儿依从性、护士扎针一次成功率及家长满意度.结果:护理后研究组Wong-Baker评分、FLACC评分、不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿依从性、扎针一次成功率及家长满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:小儿静脉输液中采用人性化护理干预可提高患儿依从性,缓解其紧张、恐惧状态,对确保一次扎针成功具有重要意义.

Objective:To analyze the influence of humanized nursing application on Wong-Baker score,compliance and adverse events in children's intravenous infusion.Methods:A total of 312 children with intravenous infusion admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to February 2023 were selected in this study.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group(n=161,received humanized nursing intervention)and control group(n=151,received routine nursing).The Wong-Baker score,facial behavior assessment scale(face,legs,activity,cry,consolability behavioral scale,FLACC),adverse events,children's compliance,nurse's first-time success rate of acupuncture and parents'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The Wong-Baker score,FLACC score,and incidence of adverse events in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The children's compliance,first-time acupuncture success rate and parents"satisfaction rate in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing intervention in children's intravenous infusion can improve children's compliance and relieve their tension and fear,which is of great significance to ensure a successful acupuncture.
