摘要
目的:探究家庭康复护理对首发精神分裂症患者正念水平及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2020年6月至2023年2月本院收治的103例首发精神分裂症患者作为研究对象.随机将其分为实验组(n=52,常规护理干预基础上给予家庭康复护理干预)和对照组(n=51,给予常规护理干预).比较两组患者的正念水平[正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)评分]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分]、遵医行为和预后[简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分].结果:干预后,实验组MAAS评分高于对照组,PSQI、BPRS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组遵医率为98.08%(51/52),明显高于对照组的72.55%(37/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:家庭康复护理能提高首发精神分裂症患者正念水平、遵医行为,改善睡眠质量,提升预后效果.
Objective:To explore the effects of family rehabilitation nursing on mindfulness level and sleep quality in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 103 patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to February 2023 were selected in this study.They were divided randomly into experimental group(n=52)and control group(n=51).The experimental group received family rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing intervention only.The levels of mindfulness[mindful attention awareness scale(MAAS)score],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score],compliance behavior and prognosis[brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of MAAS in experimental group was higher than that in control group,while the scores of PSQI and BPRS were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance rate of experimental group was 98.08%(51/52),which was higher than that of control group 72.55%(37/51),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Home rehabilitation nursing can improve the level of mindfulness,sleep quality,compliance behavior and prognosis in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.
