妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理水平对生活质量的影响

Effect of Self-Management Level on Quality of Life in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者自我管理水平对生活质量的影响.方法:选取2020年1月至2022年8月本院收治的70例GDM患者作为研究对象.所有患者均在治疗后1个月使用成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)以及妊娠期糖尿病女性生活质量问卷(GDMQ-34)评估患者的自我管理水平以及生活质量,分析GDM患者自我管理水平对生活质量的影响.结果:70例GDM患者GDMQ-34评分为(117.32±3.06)分(89~145分);自我管理水平低的GDM患者GDMQ-34总分低于自我管理水平中、高的患者,三组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他特征GDM患者的GDMQ-34总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).经多元线性回归分析,结果显示,自我管理水平低是导致GDM患者生活质量下降的影响因素(P<0.05).结论:GDM患者自我管理水平与生活质量密切相关,自我管理水平下降可导致生活质量降低.

Objective:To explore influence of self-management level on quality of life in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:Seventy GDM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as study subjects.Adult health self-management skill review scale(AHSMSRS)and quality of life questionnaire for pregnant women with diabetes mellitus(CDMQ-34)were performed for all patients to assess their self-management level and quality of life one month after treatment.The influence of self-management level of GDM patients on their quality of life were analyzed.Results:GDMQ-34 scores of 70 GDM patients were(117.32±3.06)points(89-145 points).Total CDMQ-34 scores of low self-management level GDM patients were lower than those of medium and high self-management level patients,and there was a statistically significant difference among these three groups(P<0.05).The difference were not statistically significant in total score of GDMQ-34 among GDM patients with other characteristics(P>0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that a decrease in self-management level was a contributing factor to the low quality of life in GDM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-management level of GDM patients is closely related to their quality of life,thus a decrease in self-management level can lead to a decrease in their quality of life.
