电离辐射暴露对心血管系统的影响研究进展

Research progress on the effects of ionizing radiation exposure on cardiovascular systems

摘要 随着医学影像学技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,电离辐射已经成为人类生活中无法避免的存在,客观准确地对电离辐射的健康效应进行评价对于降低辐射暴露风险具有重要意义。随着研究的不断深入,电离辐射对心血管系统的影响证据已经愈加明晰。本文从心脏、血压、血管3个方面对电离辐射与心血管系统的关系及其可能机制进行综述,探讨目前研究的进展和可提供的启示,为采取针对性的防护和干预措施、减少电离辐射危害提供参考。 With the rapid development and widespread application of medical imaging technologies,ionizing radiation has become unavoidable in human lives.Accurate assessment of healthy effects of ionizing radiation is of great significance to reduce the risk of exposure to radiation.Increasing evidence has proven the impact of ionizing radiation on cardiovascular systems.This article reviews the effects of ionizing radiation on heart,blood pressure,and blood vessels and the possible mechanisms,so as to provide insights into implementation of targeted protective interventions and reduction of ionizing radiation hazard.
