不同保存时间对猪O型口蹄疫血清抗体效价的影响

Effect of Different Preservation Times on the Titers of Serum Antibody Against Foot-and-mouth Disease Pig O-type

为验证不同保存时间对血清样本中口蹄疫O型抗体检测结果的影响,采用液相Elisa检测法检测在不同储存条件和储存时间下口蹄疫血清O型抗体的水平,研究不同的存储环境条件对血清抗体水平的影响。结果显示:血清在-24℃、4℃、25℃条件下保存16d,血清抗体水平波动小于±1个滴度,不会对口蹄疫O型抗体的检测结果造成显著影响。

To verify the degree of influence of different storage conditions on the detection results of foot-and-mouth disease O-type antibodies in serum samples,this paper used liquid-phase Elisa detection time to detect the level of O-type antibodies in serum samples under different storage conditions and time periods.The results showed that the serum antibody level fluctuated less than±1 titer when stored at-24℃,4℃,and 25℃for 16 days,which did not have a significant impact on the detection results of footand-mouth disease O-type antibodies.
