如何培养教育技术学专业本科生的设计思维?

How to Cultivate the Design Thinking of Undergraduate Students Majoring in Educational Technology?

摘要 信息技术的飞速发展,对教育技术学专业人才培养提出了更高的要求。设计思维作为解决问题的创新思维方式,已逐渐成为教育技术学专业本科生未来的培养方向。基于此,文章首先对设计思维的内涵进行解析,并从社会需求、学科发展、能力培养三个维度阐述了设计思维在教育技术学专业的价值意蕴。之后,文章分析了影响教育技术学专业本科生设计思维培养的因素,指出专业知识经验、行动中反思、设计信念等内部因素是设计思维发展的底层支撑,而设计刺激、设计工具、能力要求等外部因素是设计思维可持续发展的重要保障。最后,文章从教学目标和内容、教学环节、教学模式、教学评价四个方面提出教育技术学专业设计思维的培养路径,以期为教育技术学专业建设与人才培养提供指导,促进教育技术学专业本科生设计思维的发展。 The rapid development of information technology has put forward higher requirements for the training of educational technology professionals.As an innovative way of problem-solving,design thinking has gradually become the future training direction for undergraduate students majoring in educational technology.Based on this,the paper firstly expounded the connotation of design thinking and elaborated on the value implication of design thinking in the educational technology major from three dimensions of social needs,disciplinary development and ability cultivation.Afterwards,this paper analyzed the factors that affected the cultivation of design thinking among undergraduate students majoring in educational technology,and pointed out that internal factors such as professional knowledge and experience,reflection in action and design belief were the underlying support for the development of design thinking.While the external factors such as design stimulation,design tools and ability requirements were the important guarantees for the sustainable development of design thinking.Finally,this paper proposed a cultivation path for design thinking in the educational technology major from four aspects of teaching objectives and content,teaching processes,teaching models,and teaching evaluation,in order to provide guidance for the construction and talent cultivation of educational technology majors and promote the development of design thinking of undergraduate students majoring in educational technology.
