摘要
文章通过改进除镉工艺,采用真空蒸馏的方法,控制温度在1000℃左右,真空蒸馏时长为4h,真空度≤50Pa的条件下,可节约大量化学试剂,估算每年可节约成本94万元;同时能将粗铟含镉量脱除到0.0005%以内,达到精铟生产中杂质元素的要求。
In this paper,by improving the process of removing cadminm,the mothed of vacuum distillation method is adopted.Under the conditions of controlling the temperature at around 1000℃,vacuum distillation time of 4 h,and vacuum degree is less than oregual to 50 Pa,a large amount of chemical reagents can be saved,It is estimated that annual cost savings of RMB 940000 can be achieved.At the same time,the cadmium content in crude indium can be removed to less than 0.0005%,which meets the requirements for impurity elements in refined indium production.
