酸性含锑溶液中除铜的探索与研究

摘要 采用酸性湿法提锑工艺处理高砷高硫复杂难冶的锑金精矿,由于锑金精矿中的铜也会有少量浸出并在溶液中富集,会导致锑产品因铜元素超标影响品级,故将含锑溶液中的铜离子除去非常必要。文章考察了硫化物、阴极锑粉在酸性含锑溶液中的除铜效果,结果表明,硫化锑、硫化钠、锑粉都可以去除酸性含锑溶液中的铜离子,能够满足生产要求,为工业生产中进行溶液除铜提供了较好的解决方案。 When using the acidic wet antimony extraction process to treat complex and refractory antimony gold concentrate with high arsenic and high sulfur,a small amount of copper in the antimony gold concentrate will be leached and enriched in the solution.Excessive copper content in the solution can affect the grade of antimony products.Therefore,it is necessary to remove copper ions from antimony containing solutions.In this paper,the copper removal effects in acidic antimony containing solutions by using sulfides and antimony powder is investigated.The results show that antimony sulfide,sodium sulfide and antimony powder can remove copper ions from acidic antimony containing solution,which can meet the production requirements and provide a good solution for copper removal in industrial production.
