高质量社区护理中心建设中新设护理项目居民需求度调查研究

Investigation of Residents’Needs of New Nursing-related Service in Construction of High-quality Community Nursing Center

目的:通过了解社区居民的慢性病患病情况以及居民对新开展的护理相关服务项目的需求度和“互联网+护理服务”进社区的看法,为上海市浦东新区建设高质量社区护理中心提供数据支撑。方法:采用问卷调查法进行研究,通过“线上+线下”形式对社区居民及就诊患者进行问卷调查。结果:调查对象中,高血压和糖尿病的患病率较高;调查对象对新开展的护理相关服务项目需求度较高;调查对象对“互联网+护理服务”进社区的认可程度较高。结论:在建设高质量社区护理中心的过程中,应加强对居民的宣传教育,让居民了解社区卫生服务机构新开展的服务项目。同时,相关管理部门应加强对社区医疗卫生机构护士的培训,提高其对“互联网+护理服务”新型业态和服务模式的认识,强化执业安全意识,不断规范服务行为,为社区居民提供高质量的护理服务。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of chronic diseases in community residents,their demand for new nursingrelated services,and their views on“Internet+nursing services”into the community,so as to provide data support for the construction of high-quality community nursing centers in Pudong New Area of Shanghai.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among community residents and patients in the form of“online+offline”.RESULTS The prevalence rates of hypertension and diabetes were high.The respondents had a high demand for new nursing related services.The respondents had a high degree of recognition for“Internet+nursing service”into the community.CONCLUSION In the process of construction of high quality of community nursing center,should strengthen the propaganda and education of residents,let residents know about new service project carried out in community health service institutions.At the same time,the related management departments should strengthen the medical and health institutions and the vast majority of nurse training,improve the“Internet+nursing service”new formats and the understanding of the service mode,strengthen the professional safety consciousness,standardize service,constantly provide high quality nursing service for the community residents.
