摘要
省属高校科研平台作为高校师生和科研人员开展教学与科学研究的重要平台,担负着培养高水平教师、高层次创新人才以及优秀大学生的重要责任。“十四五”期间,省属高校要提出科研平台的建设与发展思路,充分利用科研平台的优势特色,为学校教学科研的一体化建设、创新人才培养的互促互进提供有力支撑。探析省属高校科研平台对创新人才培养的积极作用,了解掌握创新人才培养的现状以及学术诚信体系构建的必要性,最终找到发挥省属高校科研平台对创新人才支撑作用的路径和方法,让省属高校创新人才的队伍能够发展壮大。
Provincial university research platforms serve as important platforms for teaching and scientific research activities for faculty,students,and researchers.They bear the significant responsibility of cultivating high-level teachers,high-level innovative talents,and outstanding university students.During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,local universities should propose strategies for the construction and development of research platforms,fully leveraging the advantages and characteristics of these platforms to provide strong support for the integrated development of teaching and research and the cultivation of innovative talents.This study aims to analyze the positive role of provincial university research platforms in cultivating innovative talents,understand the current status of innovative talent cultivation,explore the necessity of establishing an academic integrity system and ultimately identify the path and methods for provincial university research platforms to effectively support the cultivation of innovative talents and enhance their development and growth within local universities.
