摘要 新型隐球菌感染是艾滋病的一种严重的机会性感染,准确、快速地检测新型隐球菌感染对于指导临床早期诊断和及时干预至关重要。本文综述了新型隐球菌感染的现有实验室检测方法和新兴发展检测技术,为早期、快速、高效地诊断新型隐球菌感染提供参考。 Cryptococcus neoformans infections represent a serious opportunistic infection in AIDS patients,where accurate and quick detection is essential for guiding early clinical diagnosis and prompt intervention.This review summarizes the current laboratory detection methods and the emerging technologies for Cryptococcus neoformans infections,providing a reference for early,rapid,and efficient diagnosis of these infections.
