A case of Rickettsia Sibirica spotted fever

西伯利亚立克次体斑疹热是一种斑疹热群立克次体病,可以导致人畜共患,其临床表现常以发热、皮疹及淋巴结肿大为特征,但合并肾功能严重受损较为罕见。本文报道1例以发热、皮疹、肾功能损害为主要表现的西伯利亚立克次体斑疹热病例,为临床诊治该类疾病提供借鉴。

Rickettsia Sibirica spotted feveris a type of spotted fever group of Rickettsia is an important zoonosis.The clinical manifestations of this disease are characterized by fever,skin and lymph node enlargement,while serious damage to renal function is rare.This paper reported a case of Rickettsia Sibirica spot fever with renal dysfunction as the main clinical manifestation,providing some reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this type of disease.
