基于ITTO技术“一带一路”石化项目的现场安全管理模型研究

Research on Site Safety Management Model of“Belt and Road”Petrochemical Project Based on ITTO Technology

针对“一带一路”石化项目的安全管理难度大和社会影响力广泛等特点,提出了“事前预防、过程管控、事后评价”的现场安全管理思路,构建了基于ITTO技术的现场安全管理模型并应用于工程项目管理中。实践证明该模型实现了项目安全管理的标准化和信息化,解决了因一系列复杂因素对石化工程项目现场安全管理带来的挑战,从而取得了良好社会效果。

Regarding the difficulty of safety management and wide social influence of petrochemical projects along the Belt and Road,the site safety management idea of“pre-prevention,process control and post-evaluation”was proposed,and a site safety management model based on ITTO technology was constructed and applied to engineering project management.Practice had proved that the model realized standardization and informatization of project safety management,solved the challenges brought by a series of complex factors to the on-site safety management of petrochemical engineering projects,and achieved good social effects.
