摘要
为研究海藻酸钠包覆粉煤灰基沸石制备的二元复合微球对染料废水吸附性能的影响,将碱熔融水热法制备的粉煤灰基沸石(ZFA)与海藻酸钠(SA)共混,制备3ZFA-SA复合微球,用亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液,模拟单一染料废水,研究其吸附性能,并使用SEM、XRD、FTIR等对其进行表征分析。结果表明:复合微球的吸附性能较粉煤灰基沸石相比虽有所下降,但仍远高于原状粉煤灰,且便于回收,在多次循环后,仍具备较高的吸附性能,具有可循环使用的潜力;在常温下,MB溶液的初始浓度为150 mg/L,3ZFA-SA投加量为3 g/L,pH为8的最佳实验条件下,吸附90 min能够达饱和状态,最大吸附量和去除率为63.79 mg/g和91.86%。
This paper is intended to investigate the effect of the binary composite microspheres prepared by sodium alginate coated fly ash based zeolite on the adsorption properties of dye wastewater.The study is performed by preparing 3ZFA-SA composite microspheres by blending fly ash-based zeolite(ZFA)prepared by alkali meltwater hydrothermal method with sodium alginate(SA);simulating the single dye wastewater by using methylene blue(MB)solution to study adsorption properties;and characterizing and analyzing this adsorption properties by SEM,XRD and FTIR.The results show that the adsorption performance of composite microspheres is lower than that of fly ash based zeolite,but still much higher than that of original fly ash,and easy to recover,and it still has high adsorption performance after multiple cycles,which has the potential to be recycled;At normal temperature,given the optimum experimental condition:the initial concentration of MB solution 150 mg/L,dosage of 3ZFA-SA 3 g/L,and pH 8,the saturation state can appear by adsorption for 90 min,and the maximum adsorption capacity and removal rate are 63.79 mg/g and 91.86%.
