摘要
为了研究不同水冷结构对水冷永磁电机散热性能的影响,以一台水冷永磁电机为研究对象,优化十字形肋片结构对轴向“Z”字形水路,通过分析加入水道中的十字形肋片的结构参数,确定横肋的高度和数量两个影响参数,采用Workbench对电机进行三维建模,获得不同横肋高度和数量下的电机各部温度分布。结果表明,对比分析电机各部分温升,得到最优冷却结构的横肋数量为3时冷却效果最佳,定子、绕组、转子和永磁体的最高温度分别下降15.32、15.41、11.24和11.24℃。
This paper intends to study the influence of different water-cooled structures on the heat dissipation performance of water-cooled permanent magnet motor.By employing a water-cooled permanent magnet motor as an example,the study works by optimizing the cross-shaped rib structure to the axial"Z"shaped waterway;determining the two impact parameters of the transverse ribs,such as the height and the number,by analyzing the structural parameters of the cross-type rib added to the waterway in details;achieving the temperature distribution diagram of each part of the motor under different transverse rib height and number by using Workbench software.The results show that compared and analyzed the increasing temperature of different parts of the motor,the optimal cooling structure is achieved with 3 transverse ribs,and the decrease of top temperature of the stator,winding,rotor and permanent magnet by 15.32,15.41,11.24 and 11.24℃,respectively.
