涉APP类跨境网络赌博犯罪涉及地域广,犯罪技术性强,线索来源少,传统侦查手段成效不佳。案件“解题”的最大障碍在于犯罪分子身份不明,应从网络流研判的角度予以消解。侦查人员需掌握安装包反编译技巧,明确证据收集方向,围绕赌博APP这一主要犯罪工具,及时获取赌博网站域名、APP ID、安装包包名等线索。在准确匹配登录设备IP、网络服务付费记录后,适时调整侦查方向,追溯犯罪源头信息,以此开展案件串并工作,调整现有预警模型,进而构建出更具针对性和实效性的类案侦查体系。

Cross-border online gambling crimes involving APPs involve a wide range of areas,strong criminal technology,limited sources of clues,and the effectiveness of traditional investigation methods is not good.The biggest obstacle to solving cases is the unclear identity of criminals,which should be eliminated from the perspective of network research and judgment.Investigators need to master the decompilation skills of installation packages,clear the direction of evidence collection,and timely obtain clues such as the domain name of gambling websites,APP ID,and package name around the main criminal tool of gambling APPs.After accurately matching the login device IP and network service payment records,timely adjust the direction of investigation to trace the source of the crime.In this way,a more targeted case-type investigation system can be formed by combining cases and adjusting the existing early-warning model.
