摘要
数字素养能力是各类技能人才适应数智时代需求的迫切需要。技能人才数字素养能力要求技能人才必须兼具岗位所需专业知识和技术以及利用数字化工具进行数据获取、分析、处理、创新的能力,并在工作实践中能够创新融合两种能力进行实际操作。目前,我国技能人才数字素养能力相对不足,面临数字素养框架尚未构建、培养体系不完善、培养资源分布不均、产业数字人才不足等问题。全面提升技能人才数字素养能力,应立足国情,借鉴国内外经验,构建中国特色数字素养框架,加强顶层设计,完善统筹规划;完善公众意见反馈体系,形成“因材施教”培养方案;拓展资金、课程、人才资源合流渠道,完善数字素养培训体系;打通企校合作培训体系,培育数字高端人才,为技能人才数字素养能力提升提供动力。
Digital literacy is an urgent need for various skilled talents to adapt to the needs of the digital and intelligent era.The digital literacy abilities of skilled talents require that they must possess both professional knowledge and technology required for their positions,as well as the ability to use digital tools for data acquisition,analysis,processing,and innovation,and be able to innovate and integrate the two abilities in practical work practice.At present,the digital literacy abilities of skilled talents in China are relatively insu.cient,facing problems such as the lack of a digital literacy framework,incomplete training system,uneven distribution of training resources,and insu.cient industrial digital talents.To comprehensively enhance the digital literacy abilities of skilled talents,we should base ourselves on the national conditions,draw on domestic and foreign experiences,construct a Chinese characteristic digital literacy framework,strengthen top-level design,and improve overall planning;improve the public feedback system and form an“individualized teaching”training program;expand the convergence channels of funds,courses,and talent resources,and improve the digital literacy training system;establish a collaborative training system between enterprises and schools,cultivate digital high-end talents,and provide impetus for the improvement of digital literacy abilities of skilled talents.
