China's Active Responses to Population Aging:Realistic Situation and Strategic Direction

随着人口老龄化加剧,中国正处于复杂的社会转型期。本研究通过全方面分析中国面临的老龄化现实情境,并探索适应性的战略方向。在国际背景下,全球都在经历老龄化,中国需应对来自逆全球化思潮和国内经济转型带来的双重压力。科技创新、产业结构优化和人民对高生活品质的渴求为应对老龄化提供了机遇。国内方面,中国产业转型和健康老龄化成为必然选择,但年轻型社会的路径依赖使构建新制度面临挑战。中国在人口结构、人口红利、政治体系和文化家庭价值观方面蕴含巨大潜能。研究建议中国应制定全面的生育支持政策,调整经济增长模式,借助智慧养老科技,弘扬文化传承以及强化养老保险制度,构建应对老龄化的中国策略。

With the aggravating trend of population aging,China is in the midst of a complex social transformation.This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the aging reality China faces and explores adaptive strategic directions.Against the international backdrop,as the world experiences aging,China must respond to the dual pressure of anti-globalization trends and domestic economic transformation.Technological innovation,industrial restructuring,and the societal pursuit of a higher quality of life provide opportunities to address aging.Domestically,China's industrial transformation and healthy aging have become inevitable choices,and the path dependency of a youthful society presents challenges in establishing new systems,though.China harbors immense potential in its population structure,demographic dividend,political system,and cultural and familial values.The study suggests that China should formulate comprehensive fertility support policies,adjust economic growth models,leverage smart elderly care technology,promote cultural heritage,and strengthen the pension system to build a strategy that addresses aging in accordance with China's national conditions.
