思想建设是党的建设的首要任务和中心环节。党的二十大提出要全面加强党的思想建设。理论建设和思想武装是党的思想建设的基本内容和主要任务。回望我党百年以来思想建设的历史沿革,可探索出中国共产党思想建设的文化基础和制度启示。中国共产党思想建设的文化基础的活水之源就是马克思主义及其中国化;其基础的根脉之土离不开中华优秀传统文化。中国共产党百年以来思想建设的制度启示主要是,务必以习近平法治思想为党的思想建设制度化的根本指针和行动指南,以十九届四中全会精神和《中央党内法规制定工作第二个五年规划(2018-2022年)》为制度建构的规划蓝图,将思想建党和制度治党相结合,实现党的建设制度化务必以马克思主义的创新发展为根本导向。

Ideological construction is the primary task and centerpiece of party building.The 20th National Congress of the CPC proposed to comprehensively strengthen the ideological construction of the Party.Theoretical construction and ideological armament are the basic content and main task of the Party's ideological construction.By looking back at the historical evolution of our Party's ideological construction in the past hundred years,we can explore the cultural foundation and institutional enlightenment of the CPC's ideological construction.The source of the cultural foundation of the ideological construction of the CPC is Marxism and its sinicization,and its foundation is inseparable from the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The institutional enlightenment of the CPC's ideological construction in the past century is that Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law must be the basic guidance and action guide for the Party's ideological construction institutionalization,and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee and“The Second Five-year Plan for the Formulation of Party Regulations(2018-2022)”should be the blueprint for the institutional construction.Through the combination of the ideological construction of the Party and the institutional governance of the Party,it is revealed that the construction and institutionalization of the Party must take the innovative development of Marxism as the basic guidance.
