协同视角下湘省特色小镇与全民健康生态共建现状与模式创新

Current Situation and Model Innovation of Co Construction of Hunan Province's Characteristic Towns and National Health Ecology from a Collaborative Perspective

在健康中国的战略背景下,特色小镇建设也是助力全民健康的新空间、新载体、新机遇。反之,全民健康亦是特色小镇发展目标之一,有助于特色小镇持续绿色发展,基于两者共同的生态理念、核心要素与对象以及时空交叉性、目标指向同一性,效果互为补益等特征,通过文献资料法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,提出以下分类共建创新模式:以政府政策为导向的生态共建模式、以产业为导向的生态共建模式、协同治理的生态共建模式。

Under the strategic background of Healthy China,the construction of characteristic towns is also a new space,new carrier,and new opportunity to help promote the health of the whole population.On the contrary,national health is also one of the development goals of characteristic towns,which helps to sustain green development of characteristic towns.Based on the common ecological concepts,core elements and objects,as well as the spatiotemporal intersection,goal orientation,and complementary effects of the two,the following classification and collaborative innovation models are proposed through research methods such as literature review,field investigation,and logical analysis:the government policy oriented ecological collaborative model Industry oriented ecological co construction model and collaborative governance ecological co construction model.
