区块链在农产品跨境电商领域的应用研究

Research on application of blockchain in cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products

近些年来,农产品跨境电商在快速发展的同时也面临着农产品品控不稳定、跨境冷链物流效率低、产业链信任机制不完善、跨境支付效率低风险高等发展桎梏,行业亟须改革。区块链作为一种新型技术,随着信息化发展被广泛应用于多个领域,并有效推动各行各业传统生产方式转型升级,取得了显著成效。在此背景下,拥有去中心化、智能合约等优势的区块链技术与快速发展的农产品跨境电商之间的强势联合迫在眉睫。因此,通过构建“区块链+农产品跨境电商”新形态,建立起基于区块链技术的农产品信息溯源系统、产业链利益主体征信体系等,可以充分实现对生产、物流运输、销售等产业各环节的监控和数据可视化。在此基础上,从多角度分析了“区块链+农产品跨境电商”变革存在的挑战,并提出了针对性的对策建议,以期为“区块链+农产品跨境电商”新业态的良好发展提供借鉴。

In recent years,while developing rapidly,cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products is also faced with unstable quality control of agricultural products,low efficiency of cross-border cold chain logistics,imperfect trust mechanism of industrial chain,low efficiency and high risk of cross-border payment.Therefore,the industry urgently needs reform.As a new type of technology,blockchain has been widely used in many fields with the development of information technology,and has effectively promoted the transformation and upgrading of traditional production methods in all walks of life,and achieved remarkable results.In this context,it is urgent to establish a joint between blockchain technology with decentralization and smart contracts and the rapidly developing cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products.Therefore,by building a new form of“blockchain+cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products”,establishing an agricultural product information traceability system based on blockchain technology,and a credit reporting system for stakeholders in the industrial chain,we can fully realize the monitoring and data visualization of production,logistics,transportation,sales and other industrial links.On this basis,this paper analyzes the challenges of the reform of“blockchain+cross border ecommerce of agricultural products”from multiple perspectives,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide references for the good development of the new business form of“blockchain+cross border e-commerce of agricultural products”.
