课程思政融入结核病教学中的探索

结核病是一种古老的传染病,由结核分枝杆菌感染所引起,传染性强、发病率高。我国是结核病高负担国家,居全球第三位,防治形势严峻。结核病是国家重点控制的传染病,我国高度重视结核病防控工作,虽然结核病发病率和死亡率逐年稳步下降,但结核病并没有走远,仍然影响着人类健康。结核病涉及多个学科领域,是医学教育课程中的一个重要病种。课程思政的目的是把思想教育的理念融入常规教学中,使二者相互渗透,相互融合,旨在立德树人,培养医术高超和道德情操良好的医学生。在结核病教学中,把结核病领域的思政元素充分融入结核病的教育教学活动中,凸显爱国主义教育、职业素养教育和生命观教育,有助于解决高校结核病教学中思政教育与专业教学脱节现象,能提升学生道德情操和职业认同感、自豪感。

Tuberculosis is an ancient infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection,which is highly contagious and has a high incidence rate.China is a high tuberculosis burden country ranking the third globally,and its tuberculosis prevention and control is serious.Tuberculosis is under the critical control of our country and our nation pay a great attention to the tuberculosis prevention.Although the incidence and mortality of tuberculosis have been steadily decreasing year by year,tuberculosis has not gone far away and still affects human health.Tuberculosis involves multiple subjects,which makes it be an important disease in medical education courses.The aim of ideological and political course is to integrate the ideological concepts into the routine teaching activity.So the two aspects can penetrate and integrate with each other to cultivate students'morality and foster medical students with excellent medical skills and good moral sentiments.Fully integrate the ideological and political elements associated with tuberculosis into the tuberculosis teaching activities,patriotism education,professional accomplishment education and life view education can be simultaneously achieved.This can help to fill the gap between ideological and political education and professional tuberculosis teaching in colleges,and further enhance students'moral sentiment,professional self-identity and sense of pride.
